We ship across India, insured and tracked, from our shop in Sonipat.
Dispatch
Orders placed before 4pm on a working day are dispatched the same day. Orders after that, or on a Sunday or public holiday, go out the next working day.
A made-to-order or resized piece takes longer. We will tell you the date when you order, and again when it is ready.

What it costs
Shipping is free on every order. Jewellery is not a category where a delivery charge makes sense to us.
How it travels
Every parcel is sent by insured courier, fully covered for its value until it reaches you. Parcels are plain and unbranded — nothing on the outside says there is jewellery inside.
Receiving your order
- Someone must sign for it. We cannot leave jewellery with a neighbour or at a doorstep.
- Photo ID may be asked for on higher-value parcels. Please have it to hand.
- Check the seal before you sign. If the packaging is torn, opened or tampered with, refuse the delivery and call us the same day. Once you have signed for an intact parcel, a claim becomes much harder for both of us.
We recommend filming yourself opening the parcel. It takes a moment and settles any question about what was inside.
Tracking
You will get a tracking link by email and WhatsApp when your order is dispatched. You can also check the status of any order on our order tracking page.
If something goes wrong
If a parcel is delayed beyond the times above, or arrives damaged, contact us at orders@gohri.co.in or +91 94163 50180. Insurance covers loss and damage in transit, and we handle the claim — not you.
Outside India
We do not currently ship overseas. Exporting gold carries customs and documentation requirements we would rather meet properly than improvise. If you are abroad and want to order, write to us and we will tell you honestly whether we can help.
